tomised itineraries for 4* and 5* MICE, Private Events & Luxury Travel in the Balearics.

Sales Manager for

Indian Weddings

Indian Native or of Indian Origin

Your role:

As a Sales Manager for Indian Weddings Mallorca, you will be re-

sponsible for driving the growth of our client base and strength-

ening our reputation among Indian and mixed-culture couples

from India, USA, UK, and beyond.

This is a sales-driven role where cultural expertise, personal con-

nection, and innovative strategies are essential.

Main Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Sales Growth:

Attract new couples to Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, identify oppor-

tunities for growth, and drive service improvements.

Personalized Client Support:

Manage inquiries, understand clients’ unique cultural and logistical

needs, and guide them through the wedding planning process with sen-

sitivity and professionalism.

Creative Sales Initiatives & Community Access:

Develop and execute culturally relevant strategies to increase brand vis-

ibility within the Indian wedding market. Build connections and leverage

access to international Indian communities (such as expat networks, cul-

tural associations, and wedding industry partners) to generate leads and

foster long-term relationships.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration:

Work closely with local service providers, negotiating the best possible

solutions for clients and ensuring flawless execution of events.

Consistently expand our portfolio of local and international providers who

specialize in services for Indian weddings — for example, collaborating

with caterers to design authentic Indian menus, or working with decora-

tors to deliver culturally specific designs and experiences.

Your profile

We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional with strong cultural fluency

and the ability to connect authentically with Indian and multicultural clients.

You bring exceptional interpersonal skills, a natural talent for building trust,

and the determination to turn leads into successful projects.

• Based in Mallorca, with the ability to work independently while collaborating

closely with our team.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Hindi, Punjabi,

or Gujarati are a strong advantage.

• Deep understanding of Indian culture, traditions, and wedding customs —

whether gained through heritage, professional experience,

or close community involvement.

• Strong existing network within international Indian communities,

or the proven ability to build and access such networks.

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, client outreach,

and lead conversion.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and vendors.

• Resourceful, solutions-focused, and able to design innovative approaches

to client engagement.

• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or destination weddings is a plus.
