We are hiring:

Full-time Event Manager for

corporate and private events

in Mallorca

As Event Manager at LifeXperiences you design, organise and

coordinate bespoke corporate and private events and incentives

on a 5* level.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of customised itineraries for

incentives, meetings and conferences, as well as private events.

It offers our highly demanding international clients the opportunity

to discover the Balearic Islands, their nature and culture in an

authentic and most sustainable way possible.

Your role

As Event Manager, you own the full event lifecycle and act as the

single point of contact for our corporate and private clients. You create

bespoke, multi-day itineraries primarily in Mallorca, with occasional

projects in other destinations such as Ibiza and Menorca—guiding each

event from first contact and concept through proposal, planning, on-site

execution, and post-event wrap-up.

You will be responsible for:

1. Sales & Consulting

• Client- and budget-oriented consulting and proposal creation

(concept, itinerary, pricing, margin)

• Negotiations with clients & providers and venue/experience scouting

• Invoicing and payment tracking

2. Planning & Organisation

• Conception, budgeting, timelines, and logistics

(transport, accommodation, F&B, AV, activities)

• Risk management, contingency planning, and troubleshooting

• Event documentation, post-event reporting, and project-based

accounting

• Maintain database/CRM and improve processes

3. Coordination & Communication

• Clear, solution-oriented communication with clients, providers,

and internal teams

• Contracting, scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and partners

• Conflict resolution and escalation management

4. On-site Realisation

• Staff planning and briefings; provider and quality control

• Timeline adherence, guest experience, safety and permit compliance

• Real-time troubleshooting and decision-making

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Event Manager

for corporate and private events with more than two years of work experience in a

similar position.

As an ideal candidate, you possess strong communication skills in both English and

Spanish. Fluency in other languages like German is considered a plus.

It is highly desirable for you to already be familiar with Mallorca and live on the island.

Effective time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial

to the success of this role. Exceptional problem solving and independent decision-

making skills are also important.

A background in sales in the MICE industry is preferred. You should have experience in

dealing with demanding international corporate and private clients.

We are seeking a candidate with a structured and organised way of working, who always

strives for excellence. Additionally, the candidate should be innovative, able to delegate

and coordinate where necessary, excel in sales and negotiation as well as demonstrate

knowledge on price structures.
